When people think of water issues, serious crises such as the drought in areas of California or the lead poisoning in Flint, Michigan, come to mind. It’s often in places outside of these areas of prominent water issues where people take their water supply for granted. A few Hoosier students expressed concerns about conservation among people their age and pollution of groundwater caused by dumping of paint, medication and other harmful things people dispose of improperly.
