The Blue Roots Project
A global conversation about the value of water through art, storytelling and social media.
Let your water story be heard through various media in celebration of World Water Day, March 22, 2017. Submit your story via the Blue Roots Project website or on social media with the hashtag #MyWaterStory.
Water affects nearly every aspect of our lives. According to the United Nations, almost half of the world’s population will be living in areas of high water stress by 2030. That is if climate change continues to accelerate.
The Blue Roots Project, in partnership with Circle of Blue, Project WET, and the Center for Emerging Media Design and Development at Ball State University, asks people across the world to tell their story about how water affects their personal lives, communities and cultures.
By sharing your water story, you are contributing to a global conversation that will inspire the future of water. If we share stories, experiences and support, perhaps we could alter the future of the water crisis.
Join the conversation now at bluerootsproject.org.
Cheers,
The Blue Roots Project Team
