Concerned citizen seeks resolution for White River dam

Gary Moody of Fishable Indiana Streams for Hoosiers (FISH) speaks on the history and future of the Williams Dam at the East Fork of the White River in Indiana, for a submission to Encounter 2: Uncovering Water’s Past. I live on the canal. So everyday, water is basically my backyard. We have such diverse animals because of the canal. The other day, one guy who was fishing, and I asked him, ‘What are you fishing for?’ He told me about the different fish in the canal. Which it’s really cool to have that much diversity and to have it be such an important part of the community.
