Concerned citizen seeks resolution for White River dam

Gary Moody of Fishable Indiana Streams for Hoosiers (FISH) speaks on the history and future of the Williams Dam at the East Fork of the White River in Indiana, for a submission to Encounter 2: Uncovering Water’s Past.
